Programs for school groups teach archaeology, Ancestral Pueblo histories, and how people and environments shape each other. This First Impressions field trip is a full day on the 170-acre campus — pithouse and pueblo learning centers, lab tables, and the meadow. Scholarships are available for local and American Indian schools. Each student is written to Altru as a participant, not only the paying adult.

Hot lunch optional as an add-on; dietary notes travel with the registrant.
